Dear Prospective Little Shepherds Early Learning Community Parent:

Thank you for your interest in our school. At Little Shepherds, we appreciate that choosing the appropriate education for your child is a critical decision, entered into with a great deal of prayerful consideration.

We have been blessed to be of service to our community and have the privilege of enriching the minds of children through education and faith. We are thrilled to be able to offer Infant through Pre K4, for ages 6 weeks – 5 years and before & aftercare for up to 13 years of age. We are confident that you will find Little Shepherds to be a safe, loving, caring, and challenging environment for your child – one that builds academic stimulation and instruction on a foundation of Biblical truth.

As you may know, our mission is to provide a “Christ-centered creative learning environment.” We treasure summer as an added opportunity to embrace excellence in teaching young people about the love of God and to serving students ages 2.5-8 year and their families!

If you would like to become part of our growing family, please complete the attached registration forms with the following guidelines in mind:

Emergency Contact/Medical Authorization Form & Medical Information Form: Emergency Contact/Medical Authorization Form & Medical Information Form: Please carefully complete all medical information. Please be sure to indicate on the bottom of the authorization form whether or not your alternate emergency contacts are authorized to make medical decisions on behalf of your child and then sign the form.

Please refer to the Tuition Rates & Terms in this packet for information on registration fees, etc. which should be included with your enrollment forms.
